Physical stress is the one which are caused by the disability due to trauma , burns, sports injuries etc. Physical stress can be cured easily by various treatments. In yogic point of view, physical stress is the one which leads to the psychological stress. So it is mandatory that the physical health is taken care.
In the present world of technology, stress is one of the major problems which is to be certainly addressed. Stress might seem to be a simple problem but if it is not taken care, will lead to devastating consequences. Stress can be generally classified into three major types, PHYSICAL,PHYSIOLOGICAL and PSYCHOLOGICAL. Stress is more common among all the people, but from the recent studies, it is to be noted that people working in computer based industry (IT INDUSTRY) are the most prominent victims of stress. People working in IT industry, often forget to take care of their personal health. And there are few more people who do care about their health, but do not effectively manage it. In the former case, they do not find time. Where as in the latter case they are not aware of the effective techniques for maintaining their sound health.
